Short uses RAZEL - RAZEL (Crestor) belongs to the group of medications known as HMG CoA reductase inhibitors (also known as "statins"). It is used in addition to diet and exercise to lower cholesterol levels. It works by blocking an enzyme that helps make cholesterol in the body.
